Common questions

Do I need a Ministry of Tourism license?

Yes. Agency and DMC tiers require a commercial registration and a Ministry of Tourism license. Solo licensed guides should visit /for-guides instead.

What is the Moyasar setup fee?

SAR 115, required to activate payment processing for your storefront. Paid once, never again.

What is the commission per booking?

12% for Agency, 10% for DMC. Charged on each booking made through your storefront. Significantly below Viator and GetYourGuide.

How does guide assignment work?

You can assign any licensed guide registered on Bucket List to your tours. They receive the assignment directly in their iOS app.

How long does KYC take?

KYC review takes 1-3 business days after you upload your documents.
