Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 7 or more days before the tour date: full refund
• Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the tour date: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour date: no refund
• No-show on the tour day: no refund

Operator or Guide Cancellation

If the operator or guide cancels for any reason, the traveler receives a full refund immediately with no deductions.

Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to weather, Ministry of Tourism directive, government order, or safety concern, the traveler receives a full refund.

Modification Policy

Requests to modify a booking (date change or guest count change) must be submitted at least 72 hours before departure by contacting support@bucketlist.sa or WhatsApp +966553027219. Modifications are subject to availability and operator approval. A response will be provided within 24 hours of the request.

No Insurance Deposit Required

Bucket List does not require any insurance deposit or security deposit at the time of booking. Full payment is collected at the time of booking via the platform's secure payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard, Mada).

Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. To request a refund, contact support@bucketlist.sa with your booking reference number. Bucket List will confirm or reject a refund request within 24 hours of receipt.
