Terms and Conditions

1. About the Platform

Bucket List is a travel technology platform connecting travelers with licensed Saudi tour guides and operators. We are not a tour operator ourselves. We provide the technology infrastructure through which licensed professionals deliver services.

2. Acceptance

By using bucketlist.sa or making a booking you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Bookings

All bookings are subject to guide or operator confirmation. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Bucket List. Unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed.

4. Payments

All payments are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via Moyasar. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Processing fees are absorbed by the service provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 7 or more days before tour date: full refund
• Cancellation 3 to 6 days before tour date: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before tour date: no refund
• No-show on tour day: no refund
• Guide or operator cancellation for any reason: full refund to traveler
• Force majeure including weather, Ministry restriction, or safety concerns: full refund to traveler

6. Guide and Operator Responsibility

All guides on Bucket List hold valid Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) licenses. Bucket List verifies license status before any guide is permitted to operate on the platform. Guides and operators are independent professionals. Bucket List is not liable for the conduct of guides or operators during tour delivery.

7. Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking, including passport details and health information relevant to tour safety. Travelers must comply with Saudi laws, customs, and the instructions of their licensed guide.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to make fraudulent bookings, impersonate another person, or arrange direct payments with guides outside of Bucket List.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on bucketlist.sa including text, design, and code is owned by The Bucket List Travel & Tourism. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Bucket List's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
