1. Who We Are
The Bucket List Travel & Tourism ("Bucket List", "we", "us") is a licensed Saudi travel platform operating at bucketlist.sa. Commercial Registration: 7049874436. Travel and Tourism Services License: 73105972. Registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
2. Data We Collect
When you book a tour through our platform we collect: full name, email address, phone number, nationality, passport or national ID number, country of residence, emergency contact details, food allergies, and medical conditions relevant to tour safety. We also collect usage data including pages visited, device type, and browser information via Google Analytics.
3. Why We Collect It
We collect personal data to process your booking, confirm your tour, comply with Saudi Ministry of Tourism reporting requirements, provide your guide with necessary safety information, and improve our platform.
4. Legal Basis
We process your personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations. We process data on the basis of contractual necessity, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
5. Data Sharing
We share your booking data with your assigned licensed tour guide solely for the purpose of delivering your tour. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share data with Saudi government authorities when required by law, including the Ministry of Tourism.
6. Payment Data
Payments are processed by Moyasar, a Saudi-licensed payment gateway. We do not store your card details. Moyasar's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
7. Data Retention
We retain booking records including traveler data for a minimum of one year in compliance with Ministry of Tourism requirements (TGV-026). Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings.
8. Your Rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements, and object to processing. To exercise these rights contact us at hello@thebucketlist.sa.
9. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
10. Changes
